Mavrik USA ("Mavrik USA," "we," "us") builds quote-request pages for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information Mavrik USA collects, how we use it, and how we handle SMS opt-in data.

Information we collect

Client information. When you purchase a quote page from Mavrik USA, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, mobile phone number, service list, and pricing information.
Lead information. When a customer submits the quote form on a page Mavrik USA built for you, we process the name, phone number, address or ZIP code, and job description that customer enters, solely in order to deliver that job request to you.
SMS opt-in data. The mobile number you give us for job notifications, together with the date and the name of the person who provided it.

How we use it

Mavrik USA uses client information to build and support your page and to send you job notifications by SMS. We use lead information only to pass that job request to you. We do not use either for advertising, and we do not use your information to market unrelated products or services to you.

SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How SMS consent is obtained

Mavrik USA obtains consent verbally, directly from the business owner, during onboarding by phone. No mobile numbers are collected through a public web form, and Mavrik USA never purchases phone numbers from any list. Messages are sent only to a number the owner personally provided for the purpose of receiving job notifications from their own quote page.

Sharing

Mavrik USA does not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — our website host and our SMS provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep client information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Lead information is retained only as long as needed to deliver it to you.

Your choices

You may ask Mavrik USA to delete your information at any time by emailing the address below. To stop SMS job notifications, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
