These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Mavrik USA ("Mavrik USA," "we," "us") and the SMS job notification program described below.
Mavrik USA builds a single mobile quote-request page for a local service business. The page lists the services the business owner supplies, together with pricing they supply, and includes a form that delivers customer job requests to the owner by SMS. The price is $497, paid once. A preview is built at no charge before any payment is due.
Mavrik USA sends SMS job notifications to business owners who have purchased a quote page from Mavrik USA. When a customer submits the form on your page, Mavrik USA texts you the job details so that you can respond to that customer directly.
Consent is obtained verbally, directly from the business owner, during onboarding by phone. The owner provides the mobile number that should receive job notifications and confirms that Mavrik USA may text that number. Mavrik USA records the date, the owner's name, the business name and the number provided.
Mavrik USA does not collect mobile numbers through any public web form and does not purchase phone numbers from any list. No message is sent to a number the owner did not personally provide for this purpose.
Message frequency varies and depends on how many customers submit your form. You will receive one message per submission. Mavrik USA does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Mavrik USA does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to end all further messages. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Mavrik USA at the address below.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The $497 fee is due when the page goes live. A preview is provided beforehand at no cost and carries no obligation.
